Full Stack Developer Team Lead

We’re actively seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Team Lead who is now interested in moving up to the next level of their career and being given the space to steer their own career path and support the agency in its next chapter after 21 years of its existence as an agency with pedigree and clout. You’ll support the Development Team Manager on a daily basis making sure that the development team is set up for success whilst also being hands-on as a full stack developer. The role will be tailored to the successful candidate, as we are looking for someone with a passion for development, a keen eye for detail, and a good fit for the agency.

You’ll support the Development Team Manager on a daily basis making sure that the development team is set up for success whilst also being hands on as a full stack developer. The role will be tailored to the successful candidate, as we are looking for someone with a passion for development, a keen eye for detail, and a good fit for the agency.

Key Duties

• Be the Development Team Manager right-hand person, making sure we are maintaining modern processes and standards, consistent with leading-edge development processes. 
• Be the go-to for the development team, aid them in breaking down problems to get these solved as quickly as possible. You will impart and share your experience to lift the team’s ability and output. 
• Support the Development Team Manager in Interpreting client briefs, scope requirements and providing estimates of work.
• Complete code reviews on behalf of the Development Team Manager, follow up on and suggest improvements where required.
