Reporting directly to the Creative Director, responsible for providing customer care, greeting and assisting clients with product selection, providing consistent and excellent customer service to clients across all retail locations. Engage and educate clients on Daniel Thompson Beauty DNA and products, effectively communicate with clients and identify their product needs.  This position requires the incumbent of this role to be able to perform all functions with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment. Acting as a liaison with other internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of all operations will also be required.  Additional duties include some day to day logistical support.


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strong retail and customer service experience (cosmetics experience preferred but not required)

* Makeup artistry or aesthetics experience preferred

* Able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

* Must have reliable access to transportation to various work locations within region

* Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking with minimal supervision

* Passionate about cosmetics and a desire to learn

* A go-getter! Must be comfortable approaching clients and 'traffic stopping'
