Guestology is taught by Daniel Thompson and open to all members of the trade. A 16 hour program with a proven history of turning students into 5 diamond level service providers. Students completing this course will emerge with technical skills, five diamond customer service strategies and a better understanding of how to generate opportunity to enhance overall client satisfaction on a daily basis.
After successful completion of the course students will receive $200 (retail value) of DTB products.
